I am an affiliate with Modern Cloth Diapers.  This shop is THE BEST SHOP for cloth diapers hands down!  And they're not just for diapers.  There are plenty of eco-friendly, natural, and re-usable products for moms and babies (dad's can use them too, it's okay :) ).

They have all the basics you need to cloth diaper your babies from birth to potty training.  From diapers, to covers, to accessories you really don't need to go anywhere else.  Aside from one order, I have literally bought everything I use to cloth diaper my son from Heather over at Modern Cloth.

Not only do they have the highest quality of cloth diapering products and accessories out there but the customer service is amazing.  For example, I pre-ordered a new product in November of 2011.  It was something I didn't need right away and the company was slowly coming out with different colors and fabrics.  So I knew that the specific one I wanted could take a little while to come out.  Not only did Heather update me on the status of my order several times but when it came in, she sent it free of shipping charge and threw in a small jar of CJ's BUTTer.  In case you're not familiar with it, that stuff is like liquid (or goopy) gold in the cloth diapering world.  It's a cloth diaper safe cream to help protect and moisterize your baby buns.
